The Quad

The Quad is the 1^st phase of the Quarterside project which is being developed by Boulevard Centro. This complex is located on Mcdowell between 6^th and 7^th street in 1^st Ward. Along with condos, Quarterside will have 18,000sqft of retail space and 12,000sqft of office space. All condos at The Quad are contemporary open loft style condos. Condos in The Quad will range in size from 525sqft to 1128sqft and start in the mid $100,000’s.
